Carol A. Gaesser Memorial Endowment Honors Passion for Education

A new endowment was established in memory of a former local teacher, Carol A. Gaesser. The endowment will support Pine Ridge Elementary School in Birdseye with an annual grant to promote education. Mrs. Gaesser was a retired teacher at St. Anthony and Pine Ridge Elementary Schools. She was a dedicated volunteer in her community, a charter member of Psi Iota Xi Sorority and a passionate educator. Mrs. Gaesser passed last December, but through the Carol A. Gaesser Memorial Endowment, she will continue to make a difference in the lives of children forever.
