12 Days of Giving Classroom Grants Teacher Nominations

FIVE local teachers will be awarded a $5,000 grant for his or her classroom to be used at the teacher’s discretion.

ONE teacher from each Dubois County school corporation and Holy Trinity Catholic School will be selected.

Nominations will be open on December 18 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. via the link below, also found on the Community Foundation’s website and Facebook page. https://dccommunityfoundation.wufoo.com/forms/community-foundations-12-days-of-giving/

Individuals are limited to making one nomination. Each nomination for that teacher will be entered into the drawing.

Winners will be drawn at random on Dec. 19 at 6 p.m. during a live Facebook event on the Community Foundation’s page.
