Community Foundation Names New Board Members

Dubois County, January 26, 2017:  Dubois County Community Foundation announces the appointment of two new board members.

Mark Balsmeyer is the manager of the Jasper Production System at Jasper Engines & Transmissions.  He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University, School of Public & Environmental Affairs.  Mark is a regional board member for the Association of Manufacturing Excellence and is a steering committee member for Jasper Endows Today & Tomorrow, an employee giving circle of Jasper Engines. Mark also serves as chairperson for the Community Foundation grants committee.

Mark resides in Jasper with his wife Jane and has five children.

Jayme Rasche is the President of Rasche Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Southern Indiana in management. Jayme serves on the Destination Huntingburg board of directors, and is chairperson of Haunted Huntingburg. Jayme is also a member of the City of Huntingburg’s economic development committee and serves on the finance committee of the Community Foundation.

Jayme resides in Huntingburg with his wife Ginger and two children.

The Community Foundation, a nonprofit organization, is governed by 15 community members from across the county who oversee strategic planning, establish policy and set priorities. All members are volunteers.
