Dubois County, January 20, 2015: The Dubois County Community Foundation announces the appointment of two new board members.
Andrew Seger serves as Chief Financial Officer for Wabash Valley Produce, Inc. He received his B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a major in Finance, Legal Studies and International Business and a minor in Political Science.
Andy currently serves on the Board of Diversified Maintenance Systems, a janitorial business based in Tampa, FL and portfolio investment of Frontenac Company, a private equity firm based in Chicago, IL. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Indiana University, and on the Economic Development Commission and Redevelopment Commission for the City of Jasper.
Andy resides in Jasper with his wife, Audrey, and four children, Thomas, Lila, James and Claire.
Dr. Kim (Reckelhoff) Gunderson is an optometrist at Gunderson Eyecare in Jasper, an optometry practice she opened with her husband in 2006. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Indiana University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 2001.
Dr. Gunderson has served as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners of Optometry and is a member of the Jasper Lions Club, past president of the Ireland Elementary PTO, and serves on Jasper Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors.
Dr. Gunderson resides in Ireland with her husband Todd and three sons, Quinn, Cole, and Graham.
Recent changes to Board Officers include Pat Miller’s appointment as Board President, formerly held by Bill Kaiser and Jen Verkamp as Vice-President, previously held by Pat Miller.
The two new members are part of a fifteen-member board that oversees finances, grantmaking policies and practices, and strategic planning.
