Dubois County, February 22, 2016: The Dubois County Community Foundation is pleased to announce the 2016 officer appointments to the Board of Directors.
Executive Board appointments include: Andy Seger, President; Nancy Wilson, Vice President; Mitch Clark, Treasurer and Andrea Tooley, Secretary. The officer appointments were made during the Foundation’s most recent Board of Director’s meeting on February 18, 2016.
Andrew Seger serves as Chief Financial Officer / Sales for Wabash Valley Produce, Inc. He received his B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Andy currently serves on the Board of Diversified Maintenance Systems. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation for Indiana University, and on the Economic Development Commission and Redevelopment Commission for the City of Jasper. Andy resides in Jasper with his wife, Audrey, and four children, Thomas, Lila, James and Claire.
Nancy Wilson serves as Vice President of Human Resources and Safety for Indiana Furniture. Nancy graduated from Oakland City University with a B.S. in Business Management and an MBA. She also serves on the Advisory Board for Oakland City University School of Business, Radius Indiana Regional Workforce and Education Advisory Council, was a past Jasper Chamber of Commerce board member and is a Eucharistic Minister and past Parish Council representative for St. Celestine Church. Nancy resides in Celestine with her husband, Shane and have one son, Logan.
Mitch Clark started his career in Dubois County working for Kimball, spending many years in international sales. In 1996, Mitch made a career change and has since been self-employed as a private investor. He currently serves as a board member for the Dubois County Tourism Commission (Visitor Center). He is the Lay Leader at Huntingburg United Methodist Church and is a past President of the Huntingburg Optimist Club in which he is still very active. Mitch resides in Huntingburg with his wife of 40 years, Nila, and has two daughters, Emily and Kate.
Andrea Tooley is the former Executive Director of A Kid’s Place, a nonprofit child-care center, where she currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors. Andrea has served on the Jasper Optimist Club Board, as a Council Member for Salem United Church of Christ and currently volunteers at Huntingburg Elementary. Andrea attended The Fund Raising School in 2012 where she received a certificate in Principles & Techniques of Fund Raising. Andrea resides in Huntingburg, with her husband, Jeff, and their two children.

We have experienced significant growth in recent years, and we look forward to continuing this success in 2016 and beyond to advance the Foundation’s role in the community, support donors in their charitable giving, award grants to leading nonprofit organizations, and further develop a countywide vision for philanthropy,” said Andy Seger, President.
