Teresa Jean Brooks Memorial Scholarship Fund

A discretionary scholarship pass-through fund to provide support for educational scholarships for students who are accepted into and attend accredited two- or four- year public or private institutions of higher learning, and in particular to such students who meet the following qualifications: Forest Park High School student(s) attending Indiana State University who demonstrate financial need and meet a minimum GPA of 2.5.
