Dr. Emily Anne Rauscher Scholarship Endowment

Purpose:  A discretionary scholarship endowment to provide educational scholarships for students who are accepted into and attend accredited two- or four-year public or private institutions of higher learning,  and in particular to such students who meet the following qualifications:

  • A graduating senior from a high school in Dubois County, Indiana with priority consideration given to a Southridge High School graduate

  • Attending the University of Southern Indiana

  • Pursuing a major in communications or related field of study
