Daniel Pfaff Endowment

A designated endowment to carry on the life mission of Daniel Pfaff, a sweet boy whose most important question was, “Do You Know Jesus?” was established to provide support to Dubois County YoungLife, Jasper, Indiana, to assist kids going to YoungLife summer camp.

Daniel Pfaff was born 4/26/2004 to Mike and Laura Pfaff of Herndon, VA.  Daniel was diagnosed with a brain tumor at a young age and went through years of surgeries and treatments.  Over the years, the effects of his tumor stripped him of his sight, ability to eat and partake in most normal activities that young children enjoy.  These setbacks did not stop Daniel from fulfilling his mission in life.  Early on, he began asking everyone he met, “Do You Know Jesus?”.  This endowment was established to continue Daniel’s life mission to help youth “get to know Jesus” by giving youth the opportunity to “get to know Jesus” through YoungLife summer camp.

Daniel passed away 6/30/18.  Next year, and every year after, he will send kids to summer camp to help them “get to know Jesus.”
